I have a question about battery chargers. I'm contemplating purchasing a 2 bank smart battery charger like a Statpower Truecharge 20. My question is; If I have 2 battery banks, with 1 bank at 50% charge, and the other bank at 95% charge will this battery charger charge them at different rates?
